Use your new Happy Hips sequence as a post workout stretch, to break up your day at the desk or before bed. For the best results, perform them in this sequence, taking your time, letting the body enjoy the stretch. While in the pose, focus on the correct action and alignment in the legs and pelvis.

* Repeat each move 2Xs, holding for a minimum of 30 seconds.
