CUCINA enoteca : Mothers Day Brunch

Just in time to spoil OC moms, Newport Beach’s beloved California-inspired Italian kitchen CUCINA enoteca will be unveiling their new Sunday brunch starting this Mother’s Day (May 10). CUCINA enoteca’s brand new brunch is complete with a roaming bellini cart filled with a selection of seasonal house made mixers (think watermelon + prosecco sorbet, cucumber + thai basil, blackberry + beet) for tableside, made-to-order libations. For just $28, diners can enjoy a spread of unlimited antipasti bites along with their choice of Chef Brent Omeste’s signature brunch entrees including sweet or savory crespelles, a coppa and fried egg sandwich, and even a chili glazed pork belly with a poached egg and maple molasses polenta. The antipasti display features croissants, muffins, olive oil cakes, a granola and yogurt bar, fresh fruit, an assortment of cheese and salumi, pasta and grain salads, and more. To kick-off the new brunch menu on one of the most celebrated brunching holidays of the year, CUCINA enoteca will be sending all mothers home with a freshly baked pastry from the CUCINA kitchen on May 10.

In addition, CUCINA enoteca in Irvine will be offering specialty dishes for Mother’s Day along with the existing brunch menu including an asparagus frittata with crisp pancetta and an orange polenta biscuit with marinaded strawberry and whipped panna fresca. Mothers dining at the Irvine location will also receive a freshly baked good as a special gift on May 10.
